Helicopter mechanic position
The helicopter mechanic works mainly at the Rovaniemi, Oulu or Kuopio base. At the beginning of the employment relationship, the work is performed from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. When it can be ensured that the person is able to work independently and has completed all the required training and courses, the employee is transferred to the working hours according to the duty roster.
According to the roster, the work is carried out on a week on, week off basis, with the working week always starting at 8 a.m. on Monday and ending at 8 a.m. on the following Monday. Working hours are generally 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day. Work includes on-call duty: during the working week, the helicopter mechanic is on call outside normal working hours. During the on-call period, the employee must be on duty within 3 hours at the latest.
Required qualifications and conditions:
valid EASA Part-66 B1.3 license
Considered an advantage, but not compulsory (the company will arrange training if needed).
o previous experience in part-145 base or line maintenance
o Airbus H145 D2/D3 type rating is an advantage
