Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to fleet operations, quality standards, and structural improvements.
  • Drive implementation of strategic fleet initiatives, ensuring alignment across Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Compliance.
  • Strengthen and further develop Fleet Quality & Excellence frameworks and processes.
  • Support regulatory and legal alignment by translating requirements into practical operational safeguards.
  • Contribute to topics related to commercial and employment law by ensuring operational readiness and structured documentation.
  • Support GDPR-related implementation and awareness in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify operational or compliance gaps.
  • Improve governance structures, documentation standards, and audit preparedness.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for complex, high-impact fleet topics.
  • Responsible for overseeing the Excellence of Processes.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, governance, or similar strategic roles.

Requirements

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and employment law principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GDPR requirements in Germany and the EU is beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English required. German strongly preferred.

Our humble expectations 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, governance, or similar strategic roles. Experience leading cross-functional projects in dynamic environments. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills. Solid understanding of commercial and employment law principles is a plus. Familiarity with GDPR requirements in Germany and the EU is beneficial. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluency in English required. German strongly preferred.
