We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer (CSE) with a firmware/software focus to join our global customer experience engineering team. This role is a replacement due to an internal transfer and offers an excellent opportunity to step into a visible, impactful position within the organization.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our customer interface across the USA and Europe, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and driving product quality. You will coordinate firmware and software–related customer support cases, act as the voice of the customer in product quality and development discussions, and collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D.
