Now we’re looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in Finland and report to the Manufacturing Director and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.
Your role in the blend
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of six, including the Master Planner, Operational Supply Planners, and Transport & Customs Coordinators, and ensuring that the team works in a streamlined way to support production and achieve the targets.
As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the long-term master plan for coffee and the planning execution process on both tactical and operational levels for Paulig’s coffee products. You will also represent the planning function in cross-functional meetings, supporting New Product Development and delisting activities from a supply planning perspective.
In this role, you will:
Lead the team in maintaining both the long-term master plan and operational plans, considering capacity and material constraints, agreed min/max inventory targets, and sales priorities.
Be responsible for material supply planning and call-offs on tactical, operational, and executional levels.
Lead S&OE process development within your area of responsibility and adapt to Paulig Group’s best practices.
Be responsible for maintaining exception process for last minute demand plan changes to ensure flexible supply capability
Furthermore, you will follow-up, analyse and report Supply Chain and Planning KPI´s. Analyse and suggest improvements and strategic decisions needed to optimize network efficiency.
