We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team on a large-scale data centre project in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design, coordination, and installation of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and programme requirements while supporting the delivery of the project to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Support the management of the mechanical systems package, from design through to installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and submittals with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site works to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks or delays.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and updates for internal and client meetings.
- Support subcontractor management, including reviewing performance, manpower, and adherence to schedule.
- Contribute to the implementation of quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards across all mechanical activities.
