About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager Baltics & Iceland, to take responsibility for driving profitable sales growth and strong commercial execution across Baltics and Iceland.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Baltics and manage and develop our cooperation with assigned customers and distributors, translating commercial strategies into effective local execution. You will play a key role in strengthening distribution, optimizing portfolio and communicating market knowledge and insights to Nordics and Baltics category team to drive our common Category vision.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Category, Marketing, Demand Planning, Business Controlling, Customer Service, and Quality and act as a key commercial link between Hero Group and our external partners.
