We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who has the ambition to drive impact and change in the organisation as a new member of our team. You will work alongside a diverse group of TA professionals who deeply care about the candidate experience and strive to be the best at getting better. You will be involved in recruiting for our sites globally (6 countries) which means you will interact with Rovians and candidates from across the globe in various disciplines and seniority. The team hires Product Managers, Game Developers, Performance Marketing Managers, Data Analyst and Scientist - you name it.

This is a role where you get to craft joy not just for our players, but for your future colleagues. The team is currently distributed in three locations: Finland, Sweden and Spain. You can join us in Espoo or Barcelona.

You will have impact and fun at work by: Managing the full recruitment journey-from sourcing and interviewing to making the final offer.

Collaborating with hiring teams to sharing effective channel strategies that attract niche, creative, and hard-to-find talent for current and future roles.

Acting as the supportive, primary contact for all candidates, ensuring they have an empathetic, realistic and welcoming experience with Rovio every step of the way.
