Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Toscanini

Restaurant Toscanini is a beloved Italian restaurant located in Hotel Klaus K, featuring 67 seats and an atmospheric summer terrace. We are a true city classic – Toscanini has been beating in the heart of Helsinki for 20 years! We offer our guests authentic Italian experiences every day of the week.

We are now looking for a fantastic individual whose passion is to create amazing experiences for our guests. You may already have solid managerial experience under your belt, or you might be an experienced floor professional ready to take the next step in your career. You don't need to know everything right away, as the right attitude and passion will take you far!

Who are we looking for:

A team player: You get along seamlessly with customers, the floor staff, and the kitchen.

An experienced professional: You have a solid background in the restaurant industry (previous managerial experience is considered a strong advantage).

Ability to handle pressure: You are at your best under a little pressure and enjoy the vibrant buzz of a restaurant.

Financial understanding: You have a basic understanding of a restaurant's financial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Passion: You pour your heart into your work and want to share this enthusiasm with your team.
