Our team is now expanding with an Impact Lead, as our current Impact Manager transitions into the investment team. About the role As Impact Lead at Norrsken Launcher, you will ensure that impact is deeply integrated into everything we do - from how we evaluate investments to how we support founders and measure results. You will own and shape our impact strategy and reporting framework, ensuring that our ambition to back world-changing companies is matched by rigor, credibility, and measurable outcomes. This is not a compliance-only role. You will operate at the intersection of investment, strategy, and regulation, helping bring structure and clarity to how we assess impact and track progress across the fund and portfolio.
