Your opportunity

Huhtamaki's Foodservice segment currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and inspiring (Senior) HR Manager to take full responsibility for all HR matters across our Foodservice Nordics business unit. As a key member of the management team, you will lead both strategic initiatives and daily HR operations, ensuring that our people practices support our long-term business goals.

In this role you will not work alone - you will be supported by an HR Specialist, who assists in daily HR tasks and operational process execution. Together you will form a strong, efficient and people-focused HR function for the Nordics.

This position is ideal for a HR leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who wants to make a meaningful impact on culture, capability and organizational success.

Where you'll be

This is a full-time site-based role, based at our Hämeenlinna production site, therefore candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance from Hämeenlinna.
