About the role Financial Crime Operations is at the forefront of Revolut's efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting-edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut. We're looking for an Escalations Officer to ensure effective and compliant suspicious activity reporting in branches across Europe. What you'll be doing Acting as the escalation point for suspicious activity cases Ensuring accurate and timely SARs are submitted according to local requirements Responding to regulatory inquiries and other requests from local authorities related to SARs Managing queries where a second line of defence review is needed Working with the MLRO and escalating significant cases Monitoring and detecting rare or new patterns, and reporting emerging trends in suspicious activity R
