About this role

We are currently looking for a structured and proactive Project Coordinator to join a transformation journey within Facility and Real Estate Management. This is a 100% remote consulting assignment where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, strong governance and effective coordination across an international project environment 🌍

In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination, supporting meetings, documentation, reporting and data tracking. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and contribute to maintaining structure, transparency and progress throughout the project.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end meeting logistics, including invitations, agendas and materials.
  • Take accurate Minutes of Meetings and capture decisions, actions, owners and deadlines.
  • Follow up on action items to ensure accountability and timely delivery.
  • Maintain structured project documentation, shared folders and file management.
  • Support the creation of high quality PowerPoint presentations and stakeholder reporting.
  • Consolidate input from multiple stakeholders into clear summaries and visual formats.
  • Support data collection, tracking and basic analysis in Excel.
  • Maintain and update dashboards, trackers and project metrics.
  • Identify inconsistencies in data or processes and support improvements.
  • Coordinate workshops, templates, documentation and follow-ups within the transformation journey.
  • Act as a central point of contact for administrative tasks and internal communication.
  • Support governance processes, recurring reviews and cross-functional alignment.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks with flexibility and professionalism.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO or administrative roles in an international environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams and collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
  • Fluent
