About this role

COORDINATE AND ORGANIZE In this role, you'll support the Global Head of Content & Production and his leadership team in organizational and administrative tasks and issues in day-to-day operations. This includes in particular the coordination and organization of appointments and travel, including preparation and accounting. You'll also actively participate in meetings, take notes and ensure that the relevant actions are processed. Furthermore, you'll organize larger events and workshops as needed and prepare documents and presentations. PROJECT MANAGEMENT You'll support the successful delivery of projects within the Central Content & Production organization. This includes assisting with project planning and coordination, preparing timelines, aligning with key stakeholders, and tracking progress against milestones and deadlines. You'll organize and document project meetings, consolidate input from different teams, and ensure that tasks and responsibilities are clearly assigned and followed up on. In addition, you'll support budget tracking for the central team by maintaining Excel overviews, preparing finance check-ins, and keeping an accurate record of how the central budget is allocated across projects (without overall budget ownership).   SYSTEMS AND DATA We also place the coordination and maintenance of data confidently in your hands. This includes maintaining and checking business-critical data in our systems (e.g. SAP) as well as creating and maintaining all information on our information platforms (e.g. Red Bull Intranet).

Completed commercial education (HAK/HBLA-Matura, apprenticeship) or university degree Several years of experience in administration or an assistant role Fluent in English Skilled in coordinating and organizing tasks in dynamic, international settings Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive mindset with an affinity for IT systems and proficiency in MS Office

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.251 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
