Now is a great opportunity to shape the future of maritime operations by joining Finnpilot in an international remote pilotage development project! As a Project Coordinator, you will support the development of next-generation remote pilotage concepts in a unique international collaboration. The position is fixed-term until August 2028 and is initially planned as a part-time role (2-3 days per week).
About the role
As a Project Coordinator at Finnpilot Pilotage Oy, you will play a key role in coordinating Finnpilot's contribution to an international development project focused on advancing operational models for remote pilotage.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that project activities, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration remain on track. You will work closely with the project manager, development pilots, and international project partners while supporting one of Finnpilot's key project workstreams.
The project involves regular collaboration with maritime stakeholders across Europe and beyond. A significant part of the role includes facilitating workshops, documenting discussions, and supporting the production of project outputs that contribute to internationally accepted remote pilotage practices.
