Your skills18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
Ability to build relationships
Excellent time management skill
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Fluent local language and Intermediate English
Driving license (B)
Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software
Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals
Your tasksProvide day to day local/remote desktop support
Handle inbound calls and answer questions
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
Asset Management, Maintenance and Infrastructure Support
Incident Management
Hands & Feet support for Network, Infrastructure & Application
