About this role
SkyView Igloo Resort is launching an entirely new restaurant concept for the upcoming season — and we're looking for a Restaurant Manager to build something extraordinary from the ground up.
This is your chance to be part of creating one of Lapland's most exciting dining experiences. The restaurant is developed in collaboration with top chef Tomi Björck, with the goal of combining the pure ingredients of the north, modern cuisine, and an exceptional service experience in a truly unique setting.
Your responsibilities
As Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the entire restaurant operation:
Recruiting, leading, and developing the team
Managing day-to-day operations
Ensuring the highest level of guest experience
Collaborating on kitchen and concept development
Developing processes, sales, and profitability
You will be involved in building the restaurant from scratch — this is a rare opportunity to shape everything.
Requirements
- Solid experience in quality restaurants (fine dining or premium level)
- A proven track record in team leadership and operational responsibility
- A genuine understanding of high-end guest experience
- A development mindset and a drive to build something new
- Fluent English skills
