WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the consolidated financial reporting for H&M Group, ensuring that both internal and external requirements are met. This includes safeguarding high quality throughout the Annual & Sustainability Report (ASR) process, supported by close collaboration with colleagues across Corporate Governance, Tech, Public Affairs, Legal and Communications. You will share clear progress updates and outcomes with senior management, and contribute financial insights and scenario analyses that strengthen decision‑making across the organisation. The role also carries a strong mandate to drive continuous improvements in consolidation processes, systems and ways of working to enhance efficiency and data quality.
The global Finance and Accounting function is responsible for the financial consolidation including the ASR process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Secure quality throughout the ASR process in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
