Customer Service Representative (Norwegian Speaking)

💼 About the role

In this position, you’ll be working directly with customers across multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your main focus will be to understand each individual’s situation, provide the right support, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience. You will manage customer relationships, handle cases in internal systems, track and improve your performance, collaborate with teams, and help enhance the overall customer experience.

👤 Who we’re looking for

We believe you:

Speak and write Norwegian fluently, and have a good level of English

Have some experience in customer-facing roles such as support or sales

Have experience working in CRM or similar systems
