We are looking for a precise and motivated Quality Inspector for our valued client, Bluefors Oy, located in Pitäjänmäki with excellent transport connections. The employment is initially fixed-term until the end of August (approximately 5 months), with the possibility of extension.

We are now seeking a careful and systematic Quality Inspector to strengthen quality control in support of production.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming goods according to technical drawings and specifications. The work includes visual inspections as well as measurements using manual measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges. You will primarily inspect machined copper, aluminum, brass, and steel components. Your daily tasks will also include identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations, as well as recording measurement results in ERP and quality systems. You will work closely with production, quality, and procurement teams in handling deviations, and you are encouraged to bring forward your observations and development ideas to improve quality.
We expect you to have experience using manual measuring tools and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Success in this role requires a precise, careful, and systematic approach to work, as well as the ability to work independently and responsibly. We value good communication and teamwork skills, along with fluency in either Finnish or English.
A practical background, for example as a machinist, assembler, mechanic, or quality inspector, is considered an advantage. Understanding of measurement tolerances and experience with ERP systems are also seen as benefits, although these can be learned on the job if nec
