We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in driving financial excellence across our business units. You would be reporting to the Group Financial Controller.

Attention to Detail & Accuracy: You will ensure the correct, accurate, and timely financial reporting processes that meet both internal and statutory requirements.

Organisational & Analytical Skills: Systematic work habits and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities—such as accounts payables, receivables, general ledger, and banking—are essential for success.

Strong Communication & Teamwork: You will collaborate closely with local management, finance teams, and provide information to personnel on finance and bookkeeping queries.

Adaptability & Initiative: Your active participation in development projects and ability to provide support as a local system administrator for various finance software will be highly valued.

Reliability & Deadline Management: Meeting set deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy is crucial.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers, handle invoice processing, payments, and cash management.

Serve as a system administrator for invoice handling, cash management, and travel expense software.

Prepare and revise accruals and provisions, ensure accurate general ledger postings, and manage month-end inventory values.

Assist with asset accounting, including depreciations and capital expenditure reporting.

Calculate and process VAT, corporate income taxes, and other statutory payments, and prepare annual tax forms.

Support audit processes by providing necessary materials and explanations.

Handle general administrative routines, travel expenses, and insurance claims
