Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Operations Manager to join the created Contingent Workforce organisation within our Human Resources & Transformation (HR&T) unit and oversee daily operations and governance of our Managed Service Provider operating model, yet to be implemented. The HR&T unit is headed up by the Tetra Pak Group Executive Vice President who leads a global team of world class senior professionals.

Our Contingent Workforce organisation within HR&T is responsible for establishing the strategy, structure, governance and operating model for managing contingent workforce across Tetra Pak.

The position is permanent and based in Europe, with flexible working arrangements. You will be part of a global team and report to the Vice President Contingent Workforce.

Responsibilities

  • The Contingent Workforce Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations, governance and continuous improvement of Tetra Pak’s Managed Service Provider(s) (MSPs) to ensure effective delivery of the contingent workforce programme.
  • Responsible for performance monitoring, stakeholder support and process compliance, the Contingent Workforce Operations Manager acts as the primary operational interface between the business and the MSPs. This role ensures that contingent workforce processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and deliver high quality service across all participating countries across all regions (EMEA, AMER, APAC).
  • The Contingent Workforce Operations Manager partners closely with Contingent Workforce colleagues, Supplier Management, HR, Finance, Value Stream Experts and requesting managers to ensure efficient, compliant and high-quality workforce processes.
