Area Sales Manager
Are you ready to shape the future of energy while driving international business growth? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our Large Motors and Generators division in Sweden.
In this role, you will work where technical knowledge meets strategic sales to promote advanced solutions for synchronous condenser applications. You will play a key role in supporting grid stability and enabling the energy transition, while building strong global partnerships and developing new market opportunities.
You’ll be part of a highly skilled international team, working in an evolving industry with real impact.
Your Responsibilities
Manage sales and business development across assigned markets and applications
Identify market trends, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
Develop and execute sales strategies, including market-specific initiatives and business models
Prepare, negotiate, and deliver technical and commercial offers, contracts, and tenders
Support customers throughout project lifecycles, from early discussions to final delivery
Collaborate with global teams to optimize sales performance and customer value
Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Contribute to marketing activities, training sessions, and thought leadership in areas such as grid stability, renewable energy, and ancillary services
Your Background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience
