Position Overview

We are seeking a certified Robot After-Sales Service Engineer with strong technical fundamentals and hands-on experience to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial robots and intelligent automation systems. Certification and formal training in robotic systems are the primary selection criteria for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, commissioning, and acceptance of industrial robots and automation equipment
  • Provide on-site after-sales service, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions
  • Conduct robot programming, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Execute preventive maintenance and ensure system reliability
  • Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide technical training and operational guidance to customers
  • Support system upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mandatory Requirements (Core Criteria)
  • Must hold a valid robot service or engineering certification
  • (e.g., Agibot, ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robots, or equivalent)
  • Must have completed formal training in robot operation, maintenance, or system integration
  • Hands-on experience in robot maintenance, after-sales service, or technical support
  • Technical Skills
  • Solid understanding of industrial robot systems, structures, and control principles
  • Experience with robot programming and teaching (e.g., ABB RAPID, FANUC TP, KUKA KRL, URScript)
  • Basic knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) and HMI systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues independently
  • Familiarity with servo systems, sensors, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, EtherCAT)
  • Experience Requirements
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in robotics or automation service
  • Field service or customer-facing experience is preferred
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with multiple robot brand
