Manager, Master Data Services & Senior Specialist, Master Data Tools

You will work in Fazer's centralized master data management team, which is responsible for providing master data management maintenance services for the Fazer Group in accordance with the agreed service scope, and which also plays a strong role in developing data governance processes and tools.

We are looking for two experienced professionals to join our team - one with a focus on service management and project leadership, and the other with a focus on the development of master data management tools.

Manager, Master Data Services

In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the master data management service and be accountable for operational service management, the day-to-day leadership, monitoring and support of the team, as well as service reporting to stakeholders.

You will act as a project manager in transitions of data maintenance to the centralized MDM team and in other data development projects. You are responsible for project progress, schedules and stakeholder collaboration in a multi-channel environment often involving overlapping projects, where the ability to prioritize and deliver results is essential.

Senior Specialist, Master Data Tools

You are responsible for master data management tools and their development using modern technologies (including AI). You will act as a key user for data management tools and be responsible for the automation of data governance processes. You will contribute to improving master data quality together with the business and participate in developing data governance processes.
