Join Nanocomp as a Finance Coordinator, supporting our finance team in daily operations and working closely with the Financial Manager in Lehmo, Finland.
In this role, you will contribute to the day-to-day financial operations of an international technology company while taking ownership of clearly defined financial areas. Apply by April 19, 2026.
Your responsibilities include:
\\-Supporting daily financial operations and coordination
\\-Assisting the Financial Manager with reporting and financial follow-up
\\-Managing and coordinating assigned financial areas and processes
\\-Acting as a liaison with external accounting partners
\\-Supporting financial reporting and communication with the parent company
\\-Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data and documentation
\\-Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across teams
*Requirements**
\\-Relevant education in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent practical experience
\\-Experience or interest in financial coordination, accounting, or financial administration
\\-A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
\\-Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of clearly defined areas independently
\\-Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
\\-A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
\\-Nice to have: Experience with SAP or other ERP/financial systems
\\-Experience with SAP is highly valued, but a motivated attitude and eagerness to learn can fully compensate for limited system experience.
