Responsibilities

  • Eaton is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to drive the growth of our UPS sytems, LV components and emergency lighting. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with channel partners and key end customers, managing a profitable sales pipeline, and enabling partners through training and support in area of Finland.
  • Personally accountable for achieving the sales target
  • Embrace a data driven approach using metrics to evaluate & drive performance
  • Experience on utilizing digital sales tools (CPQ, Salesforce, etc.) efficiently
  • Personally establish strong business relationships with customers and understand growth motivators within the customer base.
  • Build a network of partner relationships with channel customers
  • Build a network of internal relationships with business units & product management
  • Ensure the highest level of ethical behavior and safety standards are implemented and aligned with Eaton's culture

Requirements

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Sales
  • Basic knowledge of Electrical Systems
  • Power electronics knowledge an advantage
  • Fluency in Finnish and good level in English language (including technical vocabulary)
  • A team player, results driven, consultative & detailed, resilient & can-do attitude
  • Positive and energetic.
