The Role: Change Lead for Digital Transformation We are looking for our new Change Lead . Unlike a traditional Change Manager, the Lead is the owner of the transformation journey. You bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our Google solutions deliver maximum human impact. You are a strategic advisor to our clients, a mentor to our internal teams, and a key partner in our growth. Your Core Mission Strategic Ownership: You are in the "driving seat" for change management. You own the end-to-end strategy, including planning, delivery quality, and project timelines. Project Governance: You proactively challenge customer and technical timelines to ensure they align with realistic human adoption rates. You manage the "big picture" while ensuring high-quality execution. Subject Matter Expertise (SME): You serve as the internal authority on Change Management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.), providing guidance and oversight to Change Managers across various projects. Pre-Sales & Creative Scoping: You join pre-sales meetings to listen to customer needs and translate them into bespoke, creative Change Management proposals. Mentoring & Coaching: You don’t just manage tasks; you coach and advise our change managers on projects.

About You: The Strategic Driver Senior Expertise: You have extensive experience in leading complex organizational changes, ideally within a cloud or digital transformation context. Consultative Mindset: You are comfortable navigating the "gray areas" of a project and can pivot from a deep-dive tactical session to a high-level executive presentation. Commercial Fluency: You have a "builder" mindset—you enjoy the challenge of scoping new business and can articulate the value of Change Management to stakeholders. Communication Mastery: You are a master of storytelling and influence, capable of managing resistance at the highest levels of an organization. Languages: Fluency in Dutch or French and excellent English is mandatory.
