Minimum of 2-5 years of working experience in an FP&A position Knowledge of business process analysis and proven track record in business process improvement initiatives A solid background in controlling and accounting, along with a good understanding of financial processes, is essential Experience in working with global planning solutions [e.g. SAP BW Integrated Planning, Oracle Hyperion Planning, OneStream, etc.] is mandatory System affinity, conceptual strength, and holistic view Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyze solution delivery risks & impacts as well as define alternatives & prioritizations High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders You can independently ideate, structure, prepare, and lead process and conceptual discussions, meeting and workshops with an end-to-end process perspective
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.509,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
