We're now looking for Technical Specialist to join our Fixed Broadband Services team at Elisa.
This role is fixed-term until 31.12.2026. and you will contribute to the operation and development of Elisa's fixed broadband core functions, supporting stable, high-performing broadband access for hundreds of thousands of customers.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll work closely with experts across Elisa to ensure our broadband network services remain robust, scalable, and future ready.
- Your responsibilities may include:
- BNG & Broadband Network Operations
- Participating in the operation, development and lifecycle management of fixed broadband network components
- Supporting the design, deployment and maintenance of BNG (Broadband Network Gateway) platforms
- Ensuring network scalability, resilience and performance in collaboration with team members
- Network Architecture, Optimization & Troubleshooting
- Contributing to the optimization of broadband performance, capacity and traffic management
- Supporting troubleshooting of network systems and services-solving challenges that require curiosity, analysis and hands-on problem solving
- Automation & Tools Development
- Identifying opportunities where automation can reduce manual workload
- Assisting in the development and improvement of automation tools for provisioning, monitoring and maintenance
- Access & Authentication
- Supporting user authentication mechanisms (e.g. RADIUS) and access configuration workflows
