Finance Coordinator

About this role

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will support the finance team in daily financial operations and coordination. You will work closely with the Financial Manager and other stakeholders, take ownership of selected financial areas, and act as a key point of contact between Nanocomp, external accounting partners, and the parent company.
• Your responsibilities include:
• Supporting daily financial operations and coordination
• Assisting the Financial Manager with reporting and financial follow-up
• Managing and coordinating assigned financial areas and processes
• Acting as a liaison with external accounting partners
• Supporting financial reporting and communication with the parent company
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data and documentation
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across teams

Requirements

• Relevant education in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience or interest in financial coordination, accounting, or financial administration
• A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of clearly defined areas independently
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
• Nice to have: Experience with SAP or other ERP/financial systems
• Experience with SAP is highly valued, but a motivated attitude and eagerness to learn can fully compensate for limited system experience.
