About this role

*Head Chef Bonito**

Bonito is a casual à la carte Spanish restaurant with approximately 90 seats, operating Tuesday to Saturday during dinner service only. We are not a fine dining restaurant, but we care deeply about quality, teamwork, and creating a strong guest experience.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on professional who enjoys daily service, leads by example, and takes full ownership of kitchen operations.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership with a strong kitchen presence a Head Chef who is organized, calm under pressure, and committed to building a team that performs consistently every day.

*Main responsibilities**

Lead and manage daily kitchen operations Take full responsibility for kitchen performance and service quality Work closely with the Restaurant Manager as the main link between kitchen and front-of-house Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees Plan staff work schedules in compliance with TES Ensure food safety standards and oversee omavalvonta Promote occupational safety and staff wellbeing Manage food cost, inventory, purchasing, and waste control Develop and update menus Review customer feedback and improve operations together with management

*What we are looking for**

Previous experience in a Head Chef role Experience in a supervisory kitchen position in Finland Spanish language skills are a big plus
