Your new team and role
You'll sit in the RTR Commercial Team, partnering with business and geographical leaders to shape capture strategies, lead opportunity Capture Plans and support tender teams from Discover through to submission. Main focus: work winning; business development is a supporting responsibility.
Relevant educational background eg. Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business management At least 5 years of work experience in business development and leading significant, complex bids ideally in transport sector Proven track record of successful project delivery Fluent in English (written and spoken) Fluent in one of the following Scandinavian languages: Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
