About the Assignment You will help shape digital experiences in a large-scale e-commerce environment where customer journeys span multiple touchpoints. The assignment combines product thinking, UX research and strong UI craft, with a clear focus on creating intuitive, inclusive and scalable experiences across web, apps and internal tools. You will work closely with product, tech, brand and commercial stakeholders to turn user needs and business goals into clear design decisions. Job DescriptionYou create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI for multiple digital touchpoints. You conduct user research to inform, validate and refine design decisions using both qualitative and quantitative methods. You collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Brand and Commercial teams to shape solutions that balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility. You present design concepts clearly and anchor your recommendations in user insights and product strategy. You apply and contribute to Design System methodology to drive consistency and scalability across experiences. You design inclusive experiences and use accessibility best practices, including WCAG guidelines. You facilitate workshops that create alignment and help teams move forward with a shared direction. You define and track UX metrics to understand design impact and support continuous improvement. You champion a user-first
