Your role and responsibilities
ABB Electrification Service is a leading supplier of products and services for the aftermarket in electric power, primarily low and medium voltage switchgear. We work closely with our customers across Sweden to maximize availability, reliability and safety in their facilities – while contributing to reduced environmental impact through smart, sustainable and digital solutions.
As a Support Service Specialist, you play a central role in ensuring correct financial management of service assignments, product and spare part deliveries, and a high level of customer satisfaction through professional order management, clear communication and ongoing follow-up. The position is located in Västerås.
In this role, you will be mainly accountable for:
Managing customer orders, monitoring order and contract status, and archiving relevant documentation
Handling invoicing, crediting, and cost monitoring related to service assignments, products, and spare part deliveries
Coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve order- and claim-related customer queries
Ensuring a positive customer experience through regular updates, clear communication, and ongoing follow-up
Qualifications for the role
You are structured, accurate and service-minded, with a collaborative and solution-focused approach. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and take ownership of customer-related matters.
You also bring:
Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service, with an agile and proactive mindset
Experience of invoicing and an interest in finance
Experience in SAP ECC, technical competence/interest, and experience of working with Office 365
