Software Test Team Leader

We are now looking for a Software Test Team Leader for a permanent position in our software testing team in Espoo. Team Leader manages a group of software testers in line organization and participates daily software testing operations, maintain and improves testing practices.

As a team leader and software tester, you will collaborate with experienced software and hardware designers, software scientists and product managers. Our products also use fascinating technology such as X-rays and lasers.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Managing your team as a line organization manager

Managing test engineer resourcing in projects

Maintaining and improving testing tools and practices

Designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end automated tests

Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure system reliability and performance

Establishing and managing connection between requirement documentation and test cases, ensuring traceability

Collaborating closely with developers and product stakeholders to improve test coverage and quality processes

Contributing to continuous integration and delivery pipelines for automated testing

The person we are looking for has:

good communication and collaboration skills

proven experience with SW testing tasks (test case design, test execution, reporting)

proven experience with test automation, in particular Robot Framework
