You’ll support the development of new Polestar Spaces in Belgium &amp; Luxembourg, conduct audits, monitor profitability, and coordinate the entire opening process for new Spaces. It’s a unique, educational, and multifaceted role where you can grow, experiment, and collaborate with experts from various fields.</span></p><p></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Auditing &amp; Operational Excellence</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Conduct audits across all Spaces, assessing processes, systems and team performance. Monitor compliance with Polestar’s operational guidelines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop tools and methods to support a consistent audit approach.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure improvement plans are implemented.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>Profitability &amp; Performance</strong></span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Build tools to measure and track the profitability of each Space.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Go beyond revenue analysis to provide insights that drive strategic decision‑making</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate data analysis into concrete recommendations for strategic decisions (eg. Network Expansion).</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>Opening New Polestar Spaces</strong></span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Coordinate the full operational process of opening new Spaces.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as the link between investors, architects, HQ and on‑site teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure each Space has the correct tools, systems and processes in place before opening and safeguard that all new Spaces meet Polestar’s operational standards.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor or Master’s degree in a business‑related field</span></p></li><li><p><span>Affinity with data, analysis and operational processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Young Graduate or junior professional (0–2 years of experience)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to coordinate projects independently with a good sense of planning.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Eager to work in a fast‑paced, innovative and international environment</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>At Polestar, you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication.
