Industry Washing Operator

Bluefors Oy is looking for an Industry Washing Operator. In this position, you'll be working hands-on with precision copper components that go into cutting-edge scientific instruments. The work is careful and methodical - not physically demanding - and every part you handle matters. No prior experience in this exact role is needed. If you're detail-oriented and take pride in doing things right, you'll fit in well here.

YOUR TASKS

You'll be working on the production floor at Bluefors Oy, handling precision copper components used in advanced scientific equipment. Your day-to-day tasks include:

Operating industrial washing machines and spray-wash equipment, hanging items in wash racks and managing the full wash cycle

Drying and packing cleaned components carefully after washing

Preparing components for further processing through mechanical cleaning

Finishing components after processing, ensuring they meet quality standards

Participating in washing equipment maintenance tasks, including changing wash water and filters

You will handle components with a high level of care - copper parts scratch easily and require a very gentle touch

The components vary in size and shape - flanges, small parts, and larger cylinders. Most pieces weigh from a few grams to a couple of kilograms. The larger ones can exceed 10 kg, but lifting and hanging is not continuous work.
