You'll own recruiting end-to-end across a range of roles, but the thing that sets you apart is that you don't just <em>work</em> inside tools – you build them.</p><p>You'll be joining a small, high-ownership team. That means you'll spend real time on sourcing and running processes, but you'll also be expected to step back regularly and ask: "<em>why are we still doing this by hand?".</em> Then fix it.</p><p>If you're the type of person who's already using AI to automate their own workflows, or you can write the occasional script to pull data together, or gets unreasonably excited about eliminating a recurring task – this role was written for you.</p><h4><strong>What you will do</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Own recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles, end-to-end: sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing.</p></li><li><p>Partner with hiring managers to define what "great" looks like for each role and keep processes sharp and high-signal.</p></li><li><p><strong>Build and maintain your own tooling</strong> – automations, AI-assisted workflows, internal dashboards – to eliminate repetitive work and keep the team moving faster.</p></li><li><p>Continuously audit how we hire: identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, ship them.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to people operations basics (onboarding, documentation, candidate comms) with the same builder mindset – if it can be templated or automated, make it so.</p></li><li><p>Track recruiting metrics and use them to make decisions, not just reports.</p></li></ul><h4><strong>Requirements</strong></h4><ul><li><p><strong>3-4 years of recruiting experience</strong>, ideally in a fast-moving startup or fintech environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong judgment on candidate quality; you know what good looks like, and you're honest about the difference.</p></li><li><p>A genuine builder instinct: you've used AI tools, built automations, or otherwise created things that made your own (or your team's) work meaningfully easier.</p></li><li><p>Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward doing – you don't wait to be handed a process, you make one.</p></li><li><p>Clear, direct communicator.
