Chief of Staff (12-month Fixed-Term Contract - Parental Leave Cover)

The Chief of Staff is a senior, trusted partner to site and executive leadership, operating across strategy, operations, and execution to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, strong governance, and effective delivery of leadership priorities.

This role requires a senior profile with the capability to engage at a strategic level, contribute to leadership discussions, and support decision-making - while also being comfortable stepping into hands-on, operational, and administrative work. The role is best suited to an experienced professional who combines strategic judgement with a strong execution mindset and is not reluctant to personally drive tasks through to completion when required.

The role connects strategy, people, and operations, with particular ownership of site management, leadership operations, and executive support.
