, you

would

be

part of a team responsible for m

aterial preparation for powder coating

in accordance with

internal specifications while

maintaining

uninterrupted production according to operational demands, prescribed tolerances, quality

standards

and safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities include:

Preparing and setup of necessary tools and equipment for blasting and preparation processes.

Operation of material preparation, blasting of parts & assemblies to SA2.5 standards, visual

inspection

and other designated activities.

Filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed or

powder coated

Essential Criteria

Mechanical knowledge to

operate

power tools and hand tools effectively.

Knowledge of shot blasting techniques and equipment.

Ability to

maintain

high-quality standards in a fast-paced work environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high quality finishes.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Desirable Criteria
