Dynamik is a Finnish technology company that builds intelligent tools that help teams allocate resources smarter. Our headquarters are in Espoo. Now we are looking for a Lead AI & ML Engineer to join our team.

Allocator helps organizations intelligently assign mobile resources - the right people, to the right work, at the right time. It's a problem every team with mobile operations faces, and we've built a product that solves it uniquely through proprietary algorithms and data integrations.

This isn't a greenfield build-from-scratch role - it's better. You're joining a stable, production-grade system with a mandate to make it significantly smarter. That means designing ML systems that make Allocator smarter, integrating LLM-driven features, and ensuring the architecture can scale globally. Responsibilities

  • Own the AI and ML roadmap for Allocator - defining the architecture, tooling, and practices that take the product from good to exceptional.
  • Design and build ML systems that continuously improve allocation quality and decision-making.
  • Architect scalable data pipelines capable of ingesting, processing, and learning from high-volume data across a growing global customer base
  • Lead the integration of LLMs into Allocator workflows: prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool use, and agentic patterns
  • Work closely with product, engineering and research to translate business requirements into intelligent solutions
  • Establish standards for model evaluation, experimentation, and performance monitoring in

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and operating ML systems in production at scale
