Your mission
You lead our Regional Planning and Inventory team, acting as the key link between the Sales Area, Global Planning and Product Lines. You drive fast and aligned decision‑making across the supply chain, ensuring excellent communication flow and world‑class service for our customers. You also support the Sales Area by securing high‑quality forecasting and managing overall planning performance.
What you’ll do
Own and drive the regional S&OP process, ensuring common procedures and ways of working
Collaborate closely with Business Line Managers and Business Controllers
Act as the single point of contact for all regional supply chain matters, from service and contracts to overall performance
Lead continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and contribute to financial forecast alignment
Drive digital transformation within supply chain activities to support service levels
Oversee reverse logistics and internal order management, balancing customer satisfaction with supply efficiency
Coach and mentor team members while fostering Sandvik’s core values and the Sandvik Way
