Job Title: Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely rollout and alignment with brand strategies.
  • Support the sales team by managing tools, materials, and resources needed for daily activities and field execution.
  • Oversee collaboration with external vendors and agencies, including preparation and delivery of brochures, educational materials, digital assets, and logistical support for conferences and events.
  • Act as a point of contact for agreements, training organization, event support, and coordination with regional managers and field representatives.
  • Provide operational support to Product Managers and Sales Managers, helping streamline workload and ensure business priorities are delivered.
  • Cooperate with internal coordinators from other departments to support cross-functional projects and processes.
  • Manage routine administrative processes, documentation, reports, and internal procedures in line with company guidelines.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry within Rx business (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating marketing or sales activities, supporting field teams, or managing vendors/agencies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Assertive, responsible, and collaborative approach to working with field teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and operate within clearly defined standards.
  • Basic understanding of marketing processes, documentation, and administrative workflows.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
