In Bulgaria alone, we have 850 + employees across our offices in Varna, Veliko Tarnovo and Shumen and we’re continuing to grow!</p><p></p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p><strong>SaaS Sales Executive – Mid‑Market, Central & Eastern Europe (CEE)</strong></p><p>As a SaaS Sales Executive, reporting to our EVP of Sales, you will focus on driving mid‑market growth in the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region through outbound sales to our existing client base and targeted expansion within your territory. You will own a portfolio of mid‑market accounts in CEE, growing revenue via new logos, cross‑sell and upsell of our SaaS solutions while building long‑term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the region.</p><p></p><h2>Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li><p>Manage and grow a defined portfolio of mid‑market customers across the CEE region.</p></li><li><p>Conduct consultative outbound sales activities (calls, video, email) tailored to CEE markets.</p></li><li><p>Identify and execute cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within your CEE accounts.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Requirements:</h2><ul><li><p>Experience selling B2B SaaS to mid‑market customers in the CEE region (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria or the Baltics).</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English and an additional CEE languages (e.g. Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian)</p></li><li><p>Understanding of the CEE business landscape and the ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders in the region.</p></li><li><p>Provide regular, accurate updates and forecasts to management.</p></li><li><p>Bring a positive attitude, drive, passion and determination to pursue and close business.</p></li><li><p>skills.</p></li><li><p>Creativity, a strong team‑player mindset and resilience.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Benefits:</h2><p><span>Recognised as a both a Great Place to Work and Deloitte Best Managed Company, we believe that recognition goes much deeper than just financial rewards.
