This is an 18-month temporary position (filling in during parental leave) with a clear development focus, where our ambition is for the role to transition into a permanent position at the end of the period.
The role is well suited to someone early in their career who wants to build a solid foundation in international technical B2B sales.
You will be responsible for your own customer dialogue and sales activities across Sweden, Denmark and Finland, with a focus on:
50% entry-level products – simpler instruments and solutions that are often the customer’s first contact with Anton Paar
50% service agreements – new sales and renewals, with a focus on long-term customer relationships
This is a pure inside sales role with customer interaction via telephone, email and digital meetings.
Your main responsibilities
Selling entry-level products to new and existing customers in SE, DK and FI
Actively managing service agreements: quotations, follow-ups, renewals and closing
Prospecting new customers and business opportunities via phone, email and digital channels
Managing and following up on incoming leads and customer enquiries
Building and developing long-term customer relationships through consultative dialogue
Ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up in the CRM system
Collaborating with service and application specialists when needed to ensure the right solution
