Would you like to play a key role in building a newly established Nordic function that will strengthen Danske Bank's first-line credit governance across all our markets for our Business Customer segment?

We are seeking a Senior Credit Secretariat Specialist with strong corporate credit experience to join our team and help harmonize processes between countries, ensuring robust risk management and process excellence at both the local and Nordic levels.

Danske Bank is investing in its credit governance framework by establishing the Nordic Credit Secretariat within Nordic Credit & Advisory. The team plays a key role in driving harmonized first-line credit governance across the Nordics by issuing clear standard operation procedures, improving process efficiency related to reducing credit risk, and designing a structured training framework. Also, some monitoring and controlling will be part of the work tasks.

Responsibilities

  • As a Credit Secretariat Specialist, you will support the Head of the Nordic Credit Secretariat in building a strong and harmonized first-line credit governance and support our efforts in a Nordic harmonization.
  • You will amongst others: identify gaps and update existing SOPs as well as create new SOPs in a Nordic context
  • contribute to building and drive a Nordic credit risk training structure
  • drive process improvements related to credit risk
  • take part in the implementation of credit risk GenAI tools
  • contribute to the development, maintenance and monitoring of a robust Delegated Lending Authority controlling framework
  • Participate in ad hoc credit risk related projects.
