We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven
Junior Bunker Trader
to support and grow World Fuel’s presence in the Danish market. In this role, you will identify, develop, and onboard new marine customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to expanding World Fuel’s footprint in a competitive, relationship‑driven shipping market.
As part of your development, you will be enrolled in the
Danish Shipping Academy
, gaining a strong foundation in the oil and shipping industry and access to a valuable professional network.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within the marine fuels sector.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Build and deepen relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and understand market needs.
- Monitor customer credit usage and ensure appropriate credit exposure.
- Manage, investigate, and resolve customer claims promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Experience in shipping or maritime services is preferred but not essential.
