IQ EQ is searching for a Senior Transfer Agent officer to reinforce the financial department which comprises of the following duties and expectations. Experience is required in Closed-Ended Funds / Private Equities. What you'll do You’ll prepare and review capital call, distribution, and equalisation calculations; produce Capital Account Statements and contract notes; and support the release of investor communications. You’ll review transactions and coordinate closely with the AML/KYC team on investor onboarding and closings, manage switch and transfer requests, respond to investor queries, and maintain accurate investor static data. You’ll contribute to audits by providing registers and TA confirmations, support FATCA/CRS and CSSF reporting, assist with regulatory reporting, and liaise with the Settlement/Payment team for distribution processing. You’ll maintain multiple entity and investor registers across TA systems, prepare and review cash monitoring sheets, strengthen client relationships, identify key client or investor needs, and raise recommendations for process improvement. You’ll develop expertise across larger client portfolios, exercise judgment to highlight significant findings, and assist with ad hoc tasks as required. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Finance. You have 3-5 years of Accounting experience, including Transfer Agent (TA) exposure. You bring experience working with Alternative Investment Funds in Luxembourg, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt funds. You are fluent in English, with French considered an advantage. You possess strong analytical, financial, and fund administration skills relevant to alternative investments.
