HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

Administrative support in finance tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable

Responsible for the review and payment process of travel expenses with travel expense tool Yokoy

Reviewing and handling of customs documents

Administrative support in procurement tasks and supplier management

Organizing transports with our freight forwarders

Document management and different QHSE tasks (quality, health, safety, environment)

Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and QHSE best practices

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Vocational or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance/accounting or a related field

1-3 years' experience in a support function across accounting, procurement or QHSE

Experience with ERP/finance systems

Proactive, independent and structured way of working as well as a strong sense of quality and service awareness

Strong administrative discipline, attention to detail and stakeholder communication

Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments

Fluent in Finnish (full working proficiency) and English

Full Microsoft Office proficiency
