Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Architect with deep expertise in Qt/QML, C++, and the practical adoption of Generative AI in software engineering. In this role, you will define and drive the architecture of next-generation patient monitoring software, while also leading the use of AI-enabled engineering workflows that improve development efficiency, software quality, and developer experience.

This is a senior individual contributor role with cross-team architectural influence. The role combines hands-on software architecture leadership with responsibility for advancing modern, compliant engineering practices in a regulated medical device environment.
